This didn’t happen today. Instead we went to Buffalo Wild Wings! They have awesome low carb no sugar choices. We ate the veggie platter plus the wings that are mild/parmesan garlic because they have very few carbs or sugar! We did not eat the pita bread. We used Ranch!
Yes this happened!! My friend Krystal did a full 20 minutes on the elliptical today! WOO HOO!! I added one minute to my time for a total of 12 minutes on the elliptical. I also walked/jogged 30 minutes on the treadmill. We avoided the arc machine today I will admit !

30 Minutes of House Cleaning
Krystal has been helping me to get the house organized. Curtains got hung! A toilet seat replaced! New shelves to organize the kids toys!
